Digital Beat Purchases

JosaBeats sells original beats as digital products. When you purchase a beat, you will receive the digital files and applicable purchase/license agreement included with that product.

Each beat purchase is subject to the terms contained in the agreement delivered with the purchased files. Please read and retain that agreement for your records.

You Purchase. You Own.

JosaBeats operates on a simple purchase model: beats offered for sale are sold as stated on the applicable product page and under the terms of the agreement included with the purchase.

JosaBeats does not use recurring beat-license subscriptions or require recurring payments for continued use of a purchased beat.

Payment

Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

A purchase is not complete until payment has been successfully processed.

Digital Delivery

Products sold through JosaBeats are digital downloads. After a successful purchase, the customer will receive access to the files associated with the purchased product.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout and for downloading and safely storing their purchased files.

If you experience a legitimate problem receiving or accessing your purchase, please contact JosaBeats for assistance.

Intellectual Property

The JosaBeats name, logos, website graphics, beat previews, audio, videos, product artwork, and other original website content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, sold, or used without permission except as specifically authorized through a beat purchase or other written agreement.

Listening to a beat preview or accessing JosaBeats.com does not grant ownership or usage rights to that beat.

Beat Availability

Because beats may be sold on an ownership/exclusive basis, availability can change. Once a beat is no longer available for purchase, JosaBeats may remove it from the store.

Placing a beat in a shopping cart does not reserve or transfer rights to that beat. A purchase must be successfully completed.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse JosaBeats.com, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or scrape protected content, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Refunds & Privacy

Information regarding refunds, digital purchases, and the collection and use of customer information is provided on the Policies page of JosaBeats.com.

Changes to These Terms

JosaBeats may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Changes will apply from the date the updated terms are posted and will not retroactively change the agreement governing a previously completed beat purchase.
